1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using CRYPTOPEDIA ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on CRYPTOPEDIA for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by CRYPTOPEDIA at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on CRYPTOPEDIA, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of CRYPTOPEDIA or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this Platform is the exclusive property of CRYPTOPEDIA and is protected by international copyright laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

CRYPTOPEDIA reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
